Dr. Fox said that if I want all the weight off and to keep it off i would need

to not have milk or sugar ever; only in very limited amounts. I am pretty sure

that I can have the whey protien drinks. Do you have a flavor that you like

most?

When you speak of the Kirkland.. do you mean the Costco Kirkland brand?

Don't have any of the other at hand, but the kirkland has 230

calories, 20 from fat. 38 grams of sugar. 10 grams of fat. 4 grams

of fiber.

And unless you get soy protein powders, you'll be getting milk

products, since they use whey protein. Since I'm allergic to

soy, I don't do them. Personally I have no idea why he places those

limitations, since I haven't heard that kind of limit often. Still

sounds to me like he's giving you a bypass diet, not a band diet.
