Guest guest
Dr. Fox said that if I want all the weight off and to keep it off i would need to not have milk or sugar ever; only in very limited amounts. I am pretty sure that I can have the whey protien drinks. Do you have a flavor that you like most? Diane
Guest guest
Dan, When you speak of the Kirkland.. do you mean the Costco Kirkland brand? Re[2]: Protein powders Don't have any of the other at hand, but the kirkland has 230 calories, 20 from fat. 38 grams of sugar. 10 grams of fat. 4 grams of fiber. And unless you get soy protein powders, you'll be getting milk products, since they use whey protein. Since I'm allergic to soy, I don't do them. Personally I have no idea why he places those limitations, since I haven't heard that kind of limit often. Still sounds to me like he's giving you a bypass diet, not a band diet. dan Monday, December 20, 2004, 7:25:14 PM, you wrote: D> thank you for the input.
