Hi Ken

I agree, The most important thing is how you feel after the flush. I

don't use any magnesium, I find it (in my case, anyway) doing more

bad than good. The first times I flushed I used M-S (and also with 2

weeks inbetween) I had pretty bad results (compared to without it). I

do have some breaks, say 4-5 days after 5-6 flushes in a row, just

because the olivoil doesnt shock the liver after a while.

The fact is that I have been suffering from IBS (chronic

constipation) for two years and I have never felt better during this

period than Im doing now, since I started flushing the liver. Alot of

good things have happend and hopefully I will be totally cured after

all stones are out, the liver is decongested and the blood

circulation is correctly working again.

Hi Jens...

I find that my constipation problems completely disappear when I take

flaxseed oil on an empty stomach each morning. Also, any time anyone

has constipation... 16-24 ounces of aple juice will easily solve the

problem!

You know, I did the flush and felt so good for a few days. That was 9 days

ago. Now, I'm having another gall bladder attack. I won't be able to do my

second flush until next week sometime. Guess more of those stones moved

down, huh?

Citroma can be found in most pharmacies.

It is magnesium citrate.

Tastes a bit like seven up that's lost its bubbly.

Hi Ken

Thanx for the tips. I didnt know about the flaxseed oil, but the

applejuice works fine. But what makes the biggest difference so far

is the liver cleanses, no doubt. Its almost a miracle cure.

Hi

Have you tried to not use anything. I just stop eating and drinking

4h - 5h before the flush. Thats all. Then, I do the olivoil four

times with 15min inbetwen.

What is the difference between a Liver cleanse and a Gallstone Flush. Or

are they one and the same? Do you have to do different things for

either?

Thanks all, awaiting your answers.

either?

Hi Rose!

My understanding is that the flush we do with apple juice, olive oil,

with or without epsom or disodium phosphate... is both a gallbladder

and liver flush.

The olive oil on a fasting stomach causes the gallbladder to try to

completely empty. The liver also sends out bile at any meal, but

when it senses the huge amounts of fats from the olive oil it also

sends out huge amounts of bile.

Gallstones and cholestorol chunks are found in the gallbladder. The

liver also has cholestorol deposits in its many lower ducts. Much of

what we see in a flush are these chunks of cholestorol from the liver.

Some " stones " can also be found in the liver, but they are much more

rare and tend to be formed more in the gallbladder.

This is part of the confusion surrounding gallstones. Only 20% of

gallstones are calcified and quite hard. Most people with

gallbladder problems have cholestorol chunks taht are stopping up the

ducts. These chunks are dissolvable and can pass through the ducts

if the bile force is strong enough. We often find long skinny green

cholestorol chunks after a flush. These are simply bigger chuncks

that were forced through the ducts.

I hope that this is helpful...

Rose;

The liver/gallbladder flush is one and the same.

Rose;

The liver/gallbladder flush is the same. In fact it really probably is more of a liver flush than a gallbladder flush because the stones start to form in the bile ducts of the liver and then get deposited in the gallbladder. Once a stone is in the gallbladder it will increase in size when the bile doesn't contain a balanced amount of lecithin and bile salts to the amount of cholesterol being dumped from the body. If there is an imbalance, the cholesterol or fatty wax can precipitate into a solid again, and coagulate with the existing stone structure that may have formed in the liver, and then got deposited in the gallbladder. The gallbladder then dehydrates the biles deposited in it from the liver and with the dehydrating process that the gallbladder goes into to make the more concentrated conjugated bile acid for digestion, some of the cholesterol will start to adhere to the other existing globed cholesterol thereby forming a gallstone.

Think of it like this; If you are washing a lot of greasy dishes the detergent that you use will help to keep the grease from sticking to the plates, or pans, then you can rinse the plate and they'll be considered cleaned. Now if you wash even more greasy dishes, there is a point at which the amount of soap used will not be able to keep the grease emulsified. At this point, there is either a need for more soap, or there will now start to be an oily film on the water which will not easily rinse off of the plates, or pans. Adding more greasy dishes will only make the surface of the water have more grease. leaving the water to cool at this point may also leave the surface with coagulated grease around the edges of the sink.
