Oh rigt on! I am hoping this year that we can get someone to come in and

do that so you can play with us as well. You were such a trooper, I will

never forget when you said I am married to this karaoke machine, and I am

soon getting a divorce, then I believe you had a couple more drinks, and

it was all down hill! Hahahahah! You are so much fun to be around as well!

I am thinking this year we should do a black and white ball. And do some

theme around that, or how about a hawaiin luau nite? Got any ideas for

that?

Hi Bob:

I'd like to help with the entertainment again--doesn't have to be

Karaoke--whatever!

Cheers,

Ann

Since this is going to be in October, how about a costume ball?

ooooooooo Bob--someone must have told you that I took Hula

lessons for ten years as a child, and that my mom still has some of

my stuff. (Feather gourds, poi balls, etc.--no, whatever you might

be thinking about poi balls, I don't want to hear it :) Not that I

can remember any hula dances.

Theme night (nights?) sound like a lot of fun. I had such a blast

with you and everyone! It would be good to have two people working

the Karaoke or someone else--I did contact a company about their

Karaoke DJ's and set-up but I can't remember what it cost. I can

check my old email.

My two cents on the " bash " content debate revolve around the fact

that for me, the social aspect of the bash was most important. Just

meeting other people who were banded and seeing their progress,

hearing their stories, drinking their tequila, made a big impression

on me and made me feel comfortable as a new bandster. I felt very

peaceful when I left on Sunday (o.k. maybe it was the hang over but

I don't think so) after having met so many lovely people. I also

realized some things about myself--mainly that I had cut myself off

too much from music and performing in public. So--in my first step

of musical independence--I have had my first guitar lesson from

Jian, 's wonderful partner, and I am very excited about

someday being able to accompany myself at an open mike somewhere.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to working with you! And, let's

schedule a North End Karaoke night soon!

Ratz!!! I am SO envious of all you guys in the Seattle area being

able to get together for so many cool things. May have to move! :-)
