The image of breaking the stones sounds good...

I've read somewhere that the stones form mass, and when you do the oils part

of the cleanse, it minimizes the masses, knocking off chunks and bits that

started as small stones...

...thus, having to repeat the oils part twice a month until the sizes grow

smaller and fewer....

I was researching the herb called Chanca Piedra (stone breaker)

and the information said that its for stones both kidney and gall..

if its so good and effective, why is it rarely mentioned in this group.

surely it makes sense to try to reduce and break up stones before doing any sort

of strong cleanse like the olive oil and lemon etc?

I am sure these sites are not out to give false information, perhaps people just

prefer not to spend months taking a herb ..before getting results!

Hi Anne, I've heard this herb mentioned several times over the last

few years, but I will agree that it has been infrequent. This is one

of the herbal remedies that I understand has been around a long time

and used by native cultures for stone breaking. I'd try it if I had a

stubborn big stone or if I was worried for some reason about flushing.

I'd try it with all the other good things that help the liver and

gall bladder too.

Best Regards,

Vince
