Both my kids were low in basal temps. He said to give them 2 drops in their juice 3x / week. Well the dropper is not easy to control so sometimes they get 3 drops but I don't worry. I have noticed recently (1 month later) that my daughter's " buda " belly is gone. She has slimmed right down in just one month's time. She is 4 years old. Her energy level seems to be higher too. I have not done basal temps lately so I don't know if that has changed. Just wondering if her belly slimming down is related to the iodine. That's all we have changed in her life.
