Intro and Considering a Cleanse this weekend

I have had hives for the past 3 years that fairly cover my body now.

I just got back from a 48hour IV steroid drip hosptial stay on Thursday.

A couple of friends suggested a liver/gallbladder cleanse so I have

joined your group for suggestions as I wish to do this over the

weekend. I work from home so my schedule is fairly flexible and

timing would be great.

I have a blog that I have not updated since I got out of hospital last

don't know and look in all avenues for a solution. I had an

ultrasound while in hospital on gallbladder/liver but have yet to get

results back. Reason for this is that I've had

uncomfortableness/brusing feeling under my right breast for 2-3 years

now (concidentally the same time as the hives started).

Direction in which cleanse to proceed with this weekend would be

greatly appreciated and look forward to learning more.
