Guest guest
Hello all, I've finally got an appt. for a colonoscopy. I'm absolutely scared, but I'm definitely just going to get it over with this time. My stool continues to come out flat. I asked the gastro. how many biopsies she was planning on taking and she said about 4 along each side, around 20 total she said. Does anyone think this is a bit much? Or if anyone who's had one done and knows how many biopsies they had? I know one of the " risks " of a colonoscopy is excessive bleeding and it seems as though 20 biopsies may just increase that risk... Thanks much, Shefy
