RE: First Flush Wasn't So Bad

Hi Tawnya,

I have gone into a master cleanse from a liver flush since I was

fasting anyways. I managed very well. I attributed it to flushing the

liver of toxins and then my body could process the other rest of the

toxins better. I did not have the dreaded headaches and brain fog that

normally happen between day 2-3. I felt the best I had ever felt. Now

I always incorporate a liver cleanse with the master cleanse and have

very good results.

Fasting may be a good thing to do if you have been in a lot of pain

recently. It will give your gall bladder and liver some time to heal.

I also followed my 10 day MC with another liver cleanse which was very

successful as well. You may not want to do that if it is already tender.

I must say when I did this combo I was at a very bad level of health.

My bile that was passed from the first liver cleanse was almost orange.

I performed a mini 4-5 day MC and a liver cleanse every 2 weeks after

the first inital 10 day MC. The bile got progressively greener until

it was normal dark green. I did these cleanses for 2 months. I felt

the best I ever flet during this time.

P.S. I do not have a gall bladder any more. It has been gone for 9

years. I do still perform liver and MC every 3 months as a preventative.

I have noticed that I went from 140lbs to 130lbs after taking this liver

cleanse on Saturday. I've checked 10 times now...is this plausible???

My regular weight is aroun 115lbs but over the past two years with

steroids and such to control my itch, plus the fact I quit smoking 2

years ago, I've put on a few extra. I have been on high treatments of

steroids (medrol and prednisone (40mg a day currently) to help with the

hives all over my body. I am wondering if I am just retaining water and

this was a good flush for me?

I decided not to do the MC until my return from a conference in Dallas

on the 16th since I need my wits for this. At that time, I am going to

do another flush and then the MC.
