Guest guest
Hi all, I am in Australia. I did my first flush on the weekend after having my first gallstone attack some weeks ago and researching (mostly through this forum). (I used Dr Hulda e's epsom and oil/grapefruit routine). Just one question really - hoping someone can help me. I passed hundreds of soft greenish lumps with dark green cores - these seem to be typical of the cholesterol stones discussed elsewhere - mostly around 3 to 8mm in size (up to about 1/2 " diameter). These stones floated and were easy to collect. When I had my ultrasound (prior to the flush) the doctor identified a mound of stones in my gallbladder and showed them to me - they were around the 3mm size, but they did not float. He also told me that they were hard, calcified lumps. The flush did pass some gritty lumps, although after some time I couldn't handle trawling through my excetions any more - these lumps were like largish grains of sand. So the big question is - are the non-gritty lumps I passed actually gallstones - and if so, how do they go from sinking to floating? I'm pretty certain that the hard grainy ones where what I was hoping to pass, but not sure on the anatomy/physiology of the cholesterol lumps and where they actually come from. Would these lumps have shown on the ultrasound, do they come from the gallbladder or had they been lurking in the intestinal tract? Hope someone can help, and thanks for this great forum p.s. that last dose of epsoms was sure hard to stomach!!! Kind regards,
Guest guest
according to andreas moritzm' the amazing liver & gallbladder flush'. most of the stones are comming from your liver which is clogged up too. it took me 10 flushes to get the odd shaped stone out of my gallbladder seen by the cat scan. congragulations on your sucessful flush most people do not get so many on the first flush. also you may suck on a piece of candy of cough drop to get the taste out of your mouth, then spit it out. > > Hi all, I am in Australia. Guest guest
Hi all, Ernest: I'll give the lollypop suggestion a go - planning to repeat the routine in a couple of months. Jay: I tossed the stones - I am an acupuncturist and remember the story of a patient accosting one of my colleagues in the main street waving her collection of stones for all to see - didn't want to become one of those!! (There ARE limits . . . ). I did disect a couple of them at the time, however, and they all had a deep emerald green centre with a thick pasty texture. Is this info of any help? Kind regards, , > according to andreas moritzm' the amazing liver & gallbladder flush'. > most of the stones are comming from your liver which is clogged up too. > it took me 10 flushes to get the odd shaped stone out of my gallbladder > seen by the cat scan. > > congragulations on your sucessful flush most people do not get so many > on the first flush. also you may suck on a piece of candy of cough drop > to get the taste out of your mouth, then spit it out. Guest guest
can you share the recipie of the flush and how big were the stones. Mine biggest is 1.7 cm and i am scared to flush it out as my doctor told me that chances are that during the flush it may get stuck in the duct. What do u say? Guest guest
Hi Munawar, I can share what i know and what I have done. I believe there are people on this site who have more knowledge and experience...i.e. dave sheldon and elan...so hopefully they will edit/piggyback on what I share. I drank only apple cider with apple cider vinegar for four days. I believe, although I don't know if necessary) you can go longer. The malic acid in juice helps soften stones. In addition, I added orthophosphoric acid to the mix (you can get it on line). This was also to soften stones. Then I drank epsom salts and took magnesium capsules. Dave suggests you do this for 24 hours prior to flush to relax and open the ducts. There is also a product which I have taken before that I did not take because I didn't have it on hand that also relaxes the ducts...it's called orchex by standard process. Then I used a hot water bottle over my gallbladder often to keep it warm. I also did a castor oil pack over my gallbladder also to help remove toxins and relax the area. Look this up too...basically you take a wool/cotton cloth doused with castor oil. Then take plastic wrap and put cloth on your gallbladder---wrap the plastic around and then apply hot water bottle to heat the area. I do believe you can soften stones naturally and then pass them, but it is important to prepare properly. I may have had one stuck because I pooped white after my first night of flushing. But, this morning a pretty large one came out. I would guess it was about half an inch long although I didn't measure... Hope this was helpful....All the best! Guest guest
the apple cider does not soften stones - it is for digestion - but you can use malic acid or natural apple juice leading up to the flush - all you have to do is research, this has all been done before, we are not reinventing the wheel. If you can work it into your schedule, you might consider doing your flushes a bit more frequently. From what I understand you can even do a series of them as close as 2 weeks apart. Evidently this really helps to get things moving, as stones that are in the liver may begin to move more rapidly down out of the liver and into the gall bladder for elimination as the existing stones, chaff and sludge in the gall bladder itself are flushed out more frequently. elan
Guest guest
What's your point Jay, Sharing together is part of research. We communicate and share information and share what works from experience. Agreed, one can look up anything on line, but there is nothing more potent than speaking/writing (in this case) to a human being directly. Even though we don't know each other, I still receive the benefit of feeling someone out there cares and supports my efforts. This is a SUPPORT group not a group who is trying to reinvent any wheel. Thanks for the distinction between apple juice and cider. wasn't aware of difference. Guest guest
Actually Jay, Apple cider softens stones just like apple juice does. Apple cider Vinegar doesn't soften stones as far as I know but helps the stomach secrete HCL. So Rose continue drinking your apple cider and if you want to mix apple cider vinegar to it thats fine too, it may be a good combo.
