Please do plenty of research via the files that are available on t his group..

its my experience that plenty of sensible preparation to de congest the liver

first and really make sure the bowel is moving regularly and possibly do colon

cleanse..

otherwise potentially you can feel rough when the toxins and rubbish start to

come out.

Also we are not all identical , and some people have weak digestions and the

liver cleanse can be quite strong for them..

its just using sensible precautions to prepare before doing the cleanse.. and

there is just tons of info out there on other websites..so don;t just rely on

this group..even though its a great group..

clean up the diet..eat more fresh and raw vegetables..cut down on animal

foods..before the cleanse. Drink fresh lemon juice daily.
