Guest guest
HELLO ALL, I'M NEW TO THIS GROUP. I WAS DIAGNOSED THIS PAST WEEK WITH GALL STONES. I GOT INFO ONLINE ABOUT A LIVER AND GALL BLADDER CLEANSE, IT HAS ALOT TO DO WITH EPSOM SALT, SOME OLIVE OIL, AND A FEW HERBS. FROM WHAT I READ IN PAST POSTS, THIS SOUNDS PRETTY ACCURATE, I WAS JUST WONDERING WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN I DO THE CLEANSE. I'VE NEVER HAD ANY SERIOUS HEALTH PROBLEMS. I DON'T THINK I HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM WITH MY GALL BLADDER, IT ONLY BOTHERS ME ONCE IN A WHILE, BUT WHEN IT HITS, IT'S REALLY BAD FOR ABOUT 40 MINUTES, AND THEN IS COMPLETELY GONE. I FINALLY WENT TO THE ER FOR THE PAIN, AND THAT'S WHEN I FOUND OUT IT'S GALLSTONES. THANKS FOR ANY INFO YOU CAN SHARE. CARRIE

Guest guest
Thanks Ernest... you say you bought an amazing gall bladder flush.. could you provide a link to it? Right now, i'm trying to reverse many years of bad eating. I don't have issues with my gall bladder (at least none known or visible), but I'm trying to do a full body cleanse to address all organs, not just one or two. I've heard great things about flushing the gall bladder and since many family members had gall bladders removed, I want to opt for a less severe approach in the future. Seems too easy to just remove an organ and from what I have read, this is not an approach that I wish to choose in the future. I'm shooting for a clean body and healthy eating. It will be difficult as I am a junk food junkie. But, my health is important and I have made up my mind that it is what I am going after -- good health. Thanks everyone.. I USE 3/4 CUP RED GRAPEFRUIT JUICE, 1/2 CUP OLIVE OIL, ALONG WITH THE EPSON SALTS. IT IS EASIER TO DRINK THE MIXES WITH A LARGE DIAAMTER STRAW, PLACED NEAR THE MIDDLE OF THE TONGUE TO AVOID THE TASTE BUDS. I ALSO POUND ON MY LOWER RIGHT INSIDE RIBCAGE, AND MASSAGE UNDER THE RIBCAGE OUTSIDE TO INSIDE. THIS GIVES ME BETTER RESULTS. I KNOW THE STONES ARE COMMING OUT OF MY GALLBADDAR BECAUSE I SAW THIS ODD SHAPED STONE ON MY CATSCAN (FULL) AND IT CAME OUT WITH MY LAST FLUSH. I ALSO USE CAMMEALE TEA ALONG WITH THE APPLE JUICE TO SOFTEN THE STONES. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PAIN OR DISCOMFORT WITH MY FLUSHES AND THE RED GRAPEFRUIT JUICE TASTE IS NOT BAD. ALWAYS DRINK WATER. OK 1/2 HOUR BEFORE OR AFTER EPSOM SALTS. WHEN YOU HAVE YOUR B/MS IN THE MORNING OR (NIGHT) YOU WILL SEE WATERY BOWELS WITH FOOD RESIDUE (MAYBE) AND MIXED GALLATONES. THEY CAN BE LIGHT BROWN OR PEA GREEN, DARK GREEN OR BLACK ARE THE OLDER STONES.I HOPE THIS HELPS. IT TOOK ME SIX MONTHS FOR ME TO DO MY FIRST FLUSH, AND I BOUGHT THE AMASING GALLBLADDAR FLUSH BY ANDREAS MORITZ. GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR FLUSHES. > > HELLO ALL, I'M NEW TO THIS GROUP. Guest guest
Normally, 2-3 a times a year.. however, you can flush more often, actually you can flush as often as you feel like doing it, just make sure that inbetween your flushes you drink plenty of clean water, and make sure that your diet inbetween your flushes is as natural and as clean as it can be, to not overload your kidneys. The most important when doing flushes very often is to insure that you are not overworking your kidneys, and also that your bowel flora is not suffering, what can be insured with a sufficient amount of probiotics or raw yogurt. Digestive enzymes can also help a lot.If you experience swelling and pain....the swelling and pain are the common symptoms of water shortage, so I would recommend you drink at least 2 liter or more every day.Tea, coffe, or soft drinks can't replace water, and may even contribute more to water shortage.Drink more water, and keep flushing, and be aware that sometimes, it may take 10 flushes to get larger stones out, and in some very rare cases it has even taken 40 or more flushes.Every person is different, so don't expect to be one of those common people who get cured after 3 - 5 flushes, though, odds are - your friend may well be one of them. Just know it may take more. Suzi List Owner health/ http://360./suziesgoats What is a weed? A plant whose virtues have not yet been discovered. She is trying to avoid surgery and wants to know how long she should wait before doing it again. She followed the protocol in the book "Surgery or Cleanse". I believe it was apple juice for a few days and then the olive oil and lemon juice. Thanks, Shari
Guest guest
I don't dare to do the gall bladder flush for the same reasons. Instead, I found a great relief by drinking pure cranberry juice. Also, pure lemon juice helps a lot. I also take cranberry capsules and one herbal formula when needed. I improved a lot since the moment I began having problems: pain, intolerance to oil, etc. Now I'm free of these symptoms. Guest guest
The first I took was an herbal formula named Stone free. I bought it in Whole Food market. It helped a lot. Later I learned about pure Cranberry juice and I found it even better. Recently I bought Stone breaker that some people mentioned in this list I think, but so far I didn't have any chance to use it. Someone told me that she dissolved the stones with pure carrot juice, but I never tried. Rena Re: gall bladder cleanse Rena - what is the herb you mentioned that you take to help your gallbladder?
