Guest guest Posted September 2, 2006 Report Share Posted September 2, 2006 for the past few years i've been experiencing extremely intense stomach pains concentrated on the upper right part of my chest - feels like its under my ribs. the pain is so bad i can feel it radiate to my back as well. this deep, gnawing pain is combined with diarroeah and excess gas. the pain always occurs at night time - it is sometimes regular (2 or three times a week) then it just disappears for as long as months at a time. no position helps ease the pain - i go white and feel very clammy and sick. these pains last for about 4 hours then go. the following day my stomach is very bloated and i feel drained. does this sound like a gallbladder attack? i have all sorts going through my mind - ulcers etc.....
