Do you think it would make it worse or help the stone come through? You know that the right foods and solutions will not help you much if you are anxious. Follow all of the good things you read about fresh beets, lemon juice, vegetables; breathe deeply and regularly. We are all struggling with gall stones and trying our best to help ourselves. I have learnt that a calm mind works wonders also.
