Want to do lemonade diet...but not with my schedule!

Hi group,

I just finished the gb flush after the parasite and bowel cleanse. I

feel a lot better. I still have trouble with bowel movements so i'd

like to do the lemonade cleanse. the problem is i'm in school. I'm

sure most people here have a schedule that won't allow them to take

laxatives or epsoms during the week for such a long time...

Do you think it will work well without the laxatives? I'm just worried

that having no food will cause no bowel movements since there is

nothing to crap out, for lack of better words

I'm already constipated with no known case and I don't want to make it

worse. But, I do want to cleanse fully! Any opinions or experiences?!?!
