Guest guest
Surely not one size suits all should apply..I think the amount of oil is rather on the hefty side and that it must be possible to get results on a lesser amount?/ So many people are sick (vomit) on the amount of mixture they have to imbibe..the body instinctly knows that this amount of oil might actually not be a good idea!! So my instinct says go for a lower amount and I still think good results could be obtained..and also what about trying other good qu ality vegetabel oils such as Hempseed mixed in with the olive oil to make like a blend that might taste a lot better and cause a much lower gag reaction>? Just my thoughts.. Also julia chang says that its worth decongesting the liver for at least one month before doing the cleanse which should give people much better results.. www.sensiblehealth.com for newcomers ANNE ----- Original Message ----- From: <gallstones > <gallstones > Sent: Wednesday, March 15, 2006 9:37 PM Subject: Digest Number 2423 There are 13 messages in this issue.
