Surely not one size suits all should apply..I think the amount of oil is

rather on the hefty side and that it must be possible to get results on a

lesser amount?/

So many people are sick (vomit) on the amount of mixture they have to

imbibe..the body instinctly knows that this amount of oil might actually not

be a good idea!!

So my instinct says go for a lower amount and I still think good results

could be obtained..and also what about trying other good qu ality vegetabel

oils such as Hempseed mixed in with the olive oil to make like a blend that

might taste a lot better and cause a much lower gag reaction>?

Just my thoughts..

Also julia chang says that its worth decongesting the liver for at least one

month before doing the cleanse which should give people much better

results..

Hives or any allergic reaction is a sign the liver is clogged and needs

to be flushed.

for sharing the juice recipe from Dr Sandr Cabot's newsletter..

This could well be worth a try...Does sandra have any testimonials from the

newsletter to the effectiveness of this?

Thank you

To Nault3rd,

Try putting your olive oil mix into a blender-I use The Bullet and it is

much easier to take, also you can use a big holed straw to get the mix past

your taste buds-it works for me.
