Guest guest
I have had three attacks and a ultrasound on my gallbladder where they did indeed find stones. The doctor is having a surgeon call me this week. I decided I did not want surgery and if the gallstones are in there I asked why and how why they formed. That very night I was on the internet doing my research and came apon " The flush " . I said to my self what could I lose. So the following Saturday I tried it. And guess what? I am feeling much better. And had no pain what so ever. And everthing they said would happen did. I past a few of something that looked like stones (black ones also) Plus green stuff. I have had a fullness in my abdomen since my last attack. And now it is gone. I plan on doing this for the rest of my life. Starting with every two weeks until they are gone then every six months there after. I would recommend this to my family and will. And when the surgeon office calls to tell me to come in for and appointment you know what that answer will be. Thanks for making this so availble to so many. Many Thanks Val --- End forwarded message ---
Guest guest
Did my first flush over the weekend. Prepared by first throwing the kitchen sink at the stones for two months to soften them up, including the Sensiblehealth mixtures (Gold Coin Grass, etc), Chanca Piedra, Hydrangea Root, and Bill Sardi's gall bladder formula, plus lots of apple juice. And I did the parasite cleanse. My schedule didn't allow time for the bowel cleanse. I knew I wouldn't be able to stand drinking the Epsom salts. so I put the amount of salts suggested by Hulda into capsules, which I swallowed along with plenty of water. Followed Hulda's protocol for the most part. The oil/juice mixture wasn't terrible to drink. I wound up getting a bunch of small stones. The big one I'm carrying around didn't come out, but not bad for a first effort. Hopefully a few more times will flush out the rest. Guest guest
hi there, I just did my routine flush yesterday. I woke up excreting 10 pea stones. However, afterwards I felt really nauseated. So I ate fruits for breakfast thinking I was hungry. It actually gave me stomachache. So I went home from work, took a hot shower and had 2 advils. I felt all better. Do you think I still have stones and will need another flush? Or is nauseating normal? I didnt feel any in my last flush. Any opinions will be great, I am afraid to eat tonight. Re: Re: Just Joined where is the flush/long answer > Amber, Your remarks are fascinating. I have had my gallbladder out. > it was necrotic and had basically just died there in it's tracks. > have not had any serious issues hus far with anything I have eaen, > but I want to make sure that I am informed. So that being the case, > do you know of any literatutre about diet management, liver > management, or flushing the liver, without the presence of the > gallbladder?? I had not read that about needing to supplement bile > salts. Are there any other nuggets of dietary information you can > pass along? > > I have heard of the potential for continued development of stones > from the liver, and I am intersted in avoiding that. I have heard > from others who might be suffering from this as well. Yes, I've also read that the body continues to manufacture stones in the liver. My information is for people who still have their gallbladders. I'm sorry you had to have surgery, but sometimes it's absolutely necessary. My only advice would be for you to join a group specifically geared to people who have had the surgery. Stay here, too, if you wish. Gads, I suggested this once before to someone and they thought I meant they needed to drop out of here, so let me make that perfectly clear. There may be others in this group who could provide advice, so I do not mean for you to drop from here. Just check out some other groups for people who have had surgery and see if you can get any help there. I'd also recommend you visit with a naturopathic doctor. I did and it was a big help to me. Guest guest
Hi Angie, It is possible to get a flush from taking Nutritional Yeast Flakes along with the foods you mentioned. Some Nutritional Yeast Flakes do contain a certain amount of niacin as well as foods. I'll let Bee comment on the salt. > > Hi Bee, <snip> Is that normal because I only use the nutri yeast flakes. I didn't think it would happen to me. > Angie in Az > > Oh, I would also like to know what would happen if I a person consummed 1 3/4 tsp daliy of the sea salt instead of the 1 1/2 tsp, would that be dangerous? >

No, it isn't dangerous to consume more sea salt. It has been used in much higher amounts to help the adrenals. I knew a lady who took it by the tablespoons for a few days and it helped her depression tremendously, but off course it came back since she wasn't getting the nutrients she needed. It is better to take 1 1/2 teaspoons, since it takes 1 month of healing for every year you've been unhealthy anyway, so there is no reason to take high amounts. The best, Bee
