Guest guest
, glad to hear that you are okay. Just take it easy and rest. Make sure to eat small meal so your digestive system can adjust to the change. Best of health to you... Guest guest
I don't know if you looked into the after effects of this but many sites say to take in bile salts now at every meal to help with digestion. I know many people do not ---so I would look it up just in case you may need them????? and I would have my lipid profile done---if it's high than you must follow a low fat diet as well. Getting the GB out does not mean anyone of us can go back to a high fat diet with lower levels of bile that would be dangerous to your liver as well as your heart. fyi---please do your own homework on this. > > i am, but i havent poop since the surgry. i guess everythink is ok. > > > --- In gallstones , " randabra " <randabra@y...> wrote: > > > > , glad to hear that you are okay. Guest guest
I had this same problem. I tried bulk fiber laxatives. You know the " gentle " laxative. Well its not!!!!! LOL Watch out for those LOL. I finally gave up and let my body get back to normal on its own. lol If this worries you or causes you problems you might ask your doctor about it. jeffrey wrote: >i am, but i havent poop since the surgry. i guess everythink is ok. > > > >
