Im just glad the gb is out of me. The pain i got from it was very bad

and last for hours. I wont miss the gb:)

i am, but i havent poop since the surgry. i guess everythink is ok.

I don't know if you looked into the after effects of this but many

sites say to take in bile salts now at every meal to help with

digestion.

I know many people do not ---so I would look it up just in case you

may need them?????

and I would have my lipid profile done---if it's high than you must

follow a low fat diet as well.

Getting the GB out does not mean anyone of us can go back to a high

fat diet with lower levels of bile that would be dangerous to your

liver as well as your heart.

I had this same problem. I tried bulk fiber laxatives. You know the

" gentle " laxative. Well its not!!!!! LOL Watch out for those LOL. I

finally gave up and let my body get back to normal on its own. lol If

this worries you or causes you problems you might ask your doctor about it.

psylium (spelling) plus lots of water and some exercise...you will poop three or

more time a day. And lose weight...
