Hi shefy,

Change to grapefruit juice and light olive oil. It is much better

tasting and it mixes much better than lemon and olive oil and you will

acheive the same results as extra virgin olive oil. Lemon really is the

harder way to take the mixture.

Hi Shefy,

I am very new to flushing, only two so far. On my first flush, I added some

pineapple juice to the olive oil / lemon juice mixture to hide the

bitterness of the lemon juice. It was not bad . . . . If you like the flavor

of

olive oil and balsamic vinegar. That is what it reminded me of.

I got up to 100 stones on that flush. My last flush early this week did not

produce any stones, but did relieve quite a bit of my shoulder pain. And

this time I put the epsom salts in capsules and took them with lots of water.

Good luck!

I just got my capsules in the mail this week and can't wait to use

them.
