what can one do if stones indeed get stuck in the colon-

Jay <JayTownsend@...> wrote: Hi:

I've recently rejoined the group as it's been a couple of years since I did

my last flush and wished to see how things have been going. Due to Type II

diabetes I've been following a Dr. Bernstein's guide to eating which is even

more high protein than Atkins (and it works, I'm controlling my glucose

without medication) and felt I needed to do a flush and did one Saturday -

with good results.

For the couple who were disappointed in their first flush, here's some

things that I've found in doing almost 40 of them.

If you follow the instructions at http://asktom-naturally.com/cleanse.html

you will get your best results. The no fat eating and stopping eating at 2

PM followed by the Epsom salts quantities and timing are extremely

important. To best see your stones you must do the Epsom salts the next

morning. That's the toughest time for me. If you don't do Epsom's the next

morning, it is possible that the stones will clog your colon and that you

will have major difficulties.

Try to eat a no fat diet on the day prior to the flush - preferably a no

animal product diet. Keep your total ingestion of food on the day of the

flush to an absolute minimum and consume no fat or oils of any kind. Eating

eggs, even boiled eggs, will interfere with the flush.

I have had the best results by far, but taking two, 200 mg capsules of Milk

Thistle twice a day for at least a week before the flush. Milk thistle is

the most healthy thing you can do for your liver. It can even heal

cirrhosis of the liver. It can rebuild a damaged liver, and I get out many

more stones after taking these for several days prior to a flush than taking

none at all.

Prior to my weekend flush I took Milk Thistle for more than a month. My

flush produced about 400 stones with at least 50 in the large category, more

than a half an inch across.

Several years ago when I did my very first flush with the " Ask Tom "

protocol, I didn't flush any stones at all. I only flushed out chaff. That

very fine oily stuff that floated, but I flushed a lot of it. I learned

from Tom that I was just clearing out the pipes and so I flushed again in

about a month and started producing stones in large quantities.

Don't give up!!!

Just my experiences.

Jay
