Any chance you could go private or find a holistic MD in the UK? Means you have to pay for tests yourself, but then I guess I'm getting used to this here in the states!!! LOL While my holistic doc's consultations are covered, none of his natural treatments are by my insurance provider. Only a suggestion, but have you tried cloves (ground in capsules or essence - not topical kind) for indigestion? My Dad is using this for his Type 2 diabetes to lower his blood sugars, but he has found that a side benefit is that they have also resolved his indigestion. Apparently, studies have also recently shown that they have the effect of lowering cholesterol and triglycerides, reducing halitosis, as well as being a very old anti-parasitic remedy.
