Hello,

I am 27 yrs, girl. I was experincing pain occasionaly in my

gallbladder/liver from past one year. A friend of mine suggested i

do the liver cleanse. I had followed a very simple procedure

suggested by my friend, it was :

1.00 - simple lunch (rice and potatos)

4.30 - one spoon epsom salt mixed with water

5.30 - one spoon epsom salt mixed with water

6.30 - 250 ml olive oil + 2 lemon juice

needless to say, after 20 mins i had to go to the bathroom. but did

not see any stones, or maybe i didnt know they were stones...

i was feeling quite (infact extremely) hungry...so dinner time at

10.00 night i ate one orange and brown bread & lentil soup.

next morning.....till afternoon , i visited the bathroom 4 times and

noticed green pea size stones. then i was thinking ok...now what

next?

my friend suggested i have some brown bread and oranges for lunch if

iam hungry...and to drink apple cider vinegar mixed with honey

everyday. (is it good for ur gallbladder and liver?), i tried it 2

days before the cleanse, and i truly cant have it 3 times a day.

once a day is the most i can have it.

ok..thats about my experince for now. i think i shud repeat the

cleanse again after 2 weeks. any advice, suggestions will be most

welcome. i look forward to your kind replies. especially on what i

shud do as follow up to the cleanse, and if apple cider vinegar +

honey everyday is a good idea?

thanks,

sweety
