How many times to flush ??

Hi,

I have flushed 4 times now and have ZERO ! remaining problems and feel

GREAT! However now that I know this stuff was in the liver / GB I

thought I would continue until it's all gone and I get nothing during a

flush.

Flush record:-

9 Nov 2005, Lots......a cupful, ~100g, <1.5 cms largest

30 Nov 2005, lots....almost a cupful, ~70g <1.0 cms largest

16 Dec 2005, little.....maybe 10-20 g, <4 mms

9 Jan 2006, medium.......~25g, all small but 3 larger <1.0 cms

How many time will I need to do this until I'm " squeeky clean " .

My current thoughts are to try every three months and see what happens.

Hi- I think you done real good-

Every three months-maybe once or twice. Keep up good diet, and do the

cleanses at least twice a yr. That is what I think.

So much easier said than done...
