I'm going to 2 tomorrow morning.. I have done 1 drop in OJ for a

week. Only the first day I felt a little strange and after that

have been fine.

I don't know too many others. I also don't know how to add the accent

mark with the computer. I was always proud of that mark as a child.

I didn't know how to do the accent mark either. I'm not very good with

computers. I use

an Apple computer, and one time, when I went to their site for " upgrade " info,

some guy

there told me how to do it. So, if you use an Apple, I can tell you how it's

done, LOL.

Thanks, . I am hoping iodine will be the last piece to my

puzzle!

I don't use a MAC, but a PC..I digitize embroidery designs for a

living and for some reason that is all done onscreen with a PC.

I will figure it out sometime..

I put 2 drops in just 1 mouthful of water, then swish for 30 seconds before swallowing. Hoping it helps with teeth, but I don't really have any research that supports that.
