Guest guest
>>Hi , the use of epsom salts during your liver flush will relax the bile ducts so stones won't get caught-- also taking apple juice, malic acid or gold coin grass prior to your flush will soften the stones making them easier to pass---I would recommend reading s Moritz " The Amazing Liver Flush " so you are more comfortable with the procedure---a word of caution when using epsom salts though- --make sure you keep hydrated, as ES draws water to the colon--- I don't want to scare anyone, just believe in stating the truth of the matter. I did cleanses for several years, but my last two cleanses, I surely did get two small stones stuck that wouldn't leave the common bile duct. And I ALWAYS followed procedure, even drinking nasty ES. I found that the longer you prepare for a cleanse like drinking 1 quart of organic apple juice per day and eating extremely healthy always helped the success of your cleanse. But in my last two cleanses, I had two small stones ONLY left in my GB. In the first cleanse that I took in a year in Feb. 2003, they both moved near the mouth of my GB causing me to have a horrible attack which took me to the ER. The ER doc, such a nice guy, said to me, Susie, I believe that these stones are small enough that you can pass them with no problem when you gain strength. He was the only doc that I had met that had heard of the success of cleanses. Then I waited a month and did another cleanse to which I passed them both. And I thought that I did pass them completely, but I didn't. Those puppies stayed in my bile duct and one eventually caused a backup of bile causing me to have pancreatitis. I did pass that one in the hospital sometime or another, don't know when, but I had to have an ERCP to remove that other one, then had my GB removed, which I hate to this very day that I had to have it removed. Anyway, while ES does help relax the ducts and help passage, it's not true in every case that something won't just hang around in a bile duct and eventually get stuck.
