I was recently diagnosed with " gallbladder sludge " and " fatty

infiltrations in my liver " based on an ultrasound exam. I was sent for

the test because of abnormally high " liver function " tests (blood

tests.)

I'm planning on doing the liver/gallbladder flush before I go for my

followup ultrasound. What exactly can and can't I eat the day I do the

flush? What should I expect the following day?

Don't eat ANY foods with fats (i.e. eggs granola, dairy, oil, etc.) - fruit,

oatmeal toast and jam and fruitjuice is what I have - then don't eat ANYTHING

after 2 p.m. Just water.
