I have a large gallstone that does not budge but thanks to medicine

from a chinese doctor, does not hurt (much) almost all of the time,

and has reduced in size somewhat.

I have been doing a flush two/three times a year since I found out

rather painfully that I have this gallstone. In total this was my 5th

true flush.

Did another flush last night and this morning I have a really nasty

headache and a painful gall bladder. Didnt get much of a harvest at

all, this time. Some very small pellets/stones, lots of " water " .

I followed the same protocol as the previous flushes - this is the

first time I end up with a bad headache and not much to show for it.

Perhaps I didnt drink enough fluids?

That's the only thing I can think of.

Perhaps I should use another recipe, next time?

Any tips or experience is welcome

Hello Anja,

You may be correct re: not enough liquids brings on headache.

You do lose a lot of fluids/electrolytes during the flush (one of

main reasons not to do flushes too close to each other).

To eliminate this problem, try drinking plenty of liquids prior to

beginning flush. You may also need to drink extra liquids during the

flush procedure. Drink just plain water inbetween flushes and stop

about 45 min before doing the next epsom salt mixture.

I hope that this gives you some useful ideas.

Groetjes!
