Well my healthy is a personal issue, one that is rather serious

right now, and I was seeking help.

I am the list owner of several , and one rule in all our

groups is that people change the subject line when the subject

changes... it is common netiquette.

I am not angry with anyone, we are all dealing with health issues,

however as stated above I have a lot on my plate right now and no

one near by tohelp me.... I had hoped to get some help here on the

list. I have learned a lot just reading, but my time on the computer

is limited and it is frustrating to keep using my minutes up to

check the list for responses to the very few messages I have sent to

the list asking for help.

I am grateful that you took time to give me the informatin below, I

will print it out to read and decide what to do, since Citric acid

is a problem for me.

Blessings and health, and again thanks

Norma
