Lower abdominal pain should not be gall bladder. It could be appendicitis, hernia, IBS, colitis, etc. Something that maybe imaging can see. Once you know for sure what the problem is then you know what can be done to treat it. Gallbladder pain is at the bottom of the right rib and can radiate to the back and shoulder blade. You then can get very hot and sweaty and feel nauseous and no position that you pick will help you feel better. Drinking epsom salt in a glass of water can often bring relief if it gallbladder. I still would get a Dr. to do some imaging to find out for sure.
