Yes, but not as much. Milk hides the taste better than anything else does. My wife and son are " super-tasters " and it's annoying. My wife had a " metallic taste " from the first drop that lasted for weeks, but she takes it anyway. My daughter had some kind of experiment at school where they tasted something that only a miniscule percentage of the population was supposed to be able to taste. She ran out of the room to get water or something, because the taste was extreme. That's also why some people are finicky eaters. I was wondering what spice was on the meat one time at a restaurant, my wife tasted it and let me know it was spoiled. They can't taste it and my daughter detects everything!!! www.iodinesource.com help for child My friend wants to supplement her autistic daughter with iodine. She tried the Lugol's and the child won't touch it, even in a smoothie. She is very sensitive to taste and refuses anything that alters the taste of her usual food/drink. She tried crushing Iodoral too, and she won't take that either. Would this child get any iodine in her if my friend painted tincture on her everyday?
