I have recently been diagnosed with gallstones and like some other

folks, Im nervous about the flush and the possibility of stones getting

caught. I have also had a noticeable weight gain around the middle. Im

now eating a lot of apples and other raw foods, avoiding refined carbs

and saturated fats, and trying only to consume " good " fats. Im taking

lecithin, alfalfa, garlic, taurine, and trying to drink lots of water.

Any other advice ?
