Guest guest
Hi Shefy, You've got me curious now. I searched on methyl tert butyl refining the search to eliminate all the hits on methyl tert butyl ether (a gasoline additive). Here is the website I found and what it said of interest. It is from the allopathic point of view, so it was no surprise that it spoke of removal as the accepted common treatment of the gall bladder, and all other treatments " experimental " including the direct injection. Options used for decades that work are still " experimental " if they don't have promise of making the big companies millions of dollars. At any rate, it struck me that if the treatment you seek is " experimental " , then you mey need to look into the medical colleges near you which are engaged in medical research. If you can get in on a study you may be able to get this treatment. Enjoy: http://wrongdiagnosis.com/g/gallstones/treatments.htm Silent gallstones are usually left alone and occasionally disappear on their own. Usually only patients with symptomatic gallstones are treated. The ***most common treatment for gallstones is surgery to remove the gallbladder***. This operation is called a cholecystectomy. In rare cases, drugs are used to dissolve the gallstones. ***Other nonsurgical methods are still considered experimental***. Contact dissolution therapy. This experimental procedure involves injecting a drug directly into the gallbladder to dissolve stones. The drug—***methyl tert butyl***—can dissolve some stones in 1 to 3 days, but it must be used very carefully because it is a flammable anesthetic that can be toxic. The procedure is being ***tested*** in patients with symptomatic, noncalcified cholesterol stones.
