We sometimes think that we can do our cleansings and then return to standard american or English diet..which tends to have a fair amount of junk content. These foods are the very foods that got us all into trouble in the first place, and are admittedly hard to give up!! So I just wanted to say its tempting providence when we feel better, to return to those fatty foods such as cheeses and cooked heated fats..and bread etc... there are alternatives which may take some adapting too...but in the long run we do have to 'change' our eating habits.. I am working through this issue myself, and its like I tell myself that If I don't change I won't really have the sparkling good health that I really want! Not preaching here ...just suggesting.
