I heard it helps the gallbladder, but I'm not sure how to " eat " it...? Do I cook it or do i just cut it or can I juice it? Oh and what parts?! Thanks! Shefy Oh and one more question...in the metal chelation response it says to use " dulse powder " . What is this and can I find it a health food store? Thanks!
