Hi Roma, I'd consider buying Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar from the

Health food store. As in all the rest of the food in the grocery

store, there is some value in most of it, but there is more value in

purer less processed organic foods.

Have you considered making your own healthful tonic for pennies on the

gallon? Kombucha tea and kefir are fermented beverages with the

benefits of good vinegar and more. You can search for them on the

internet and find a wealth of information.

kombucha tea/

[for Kombucha info.]

Search on Dom's kefir site for kefir info.

Best Regards,

Vince

Hi vince, thanks for the reply, i could not find bragg's in my

country, i found a local made organic unpasteurized one thugh..so i

bought that one. About the kombucha and kefir, must admit this is

the first time i have heard about it. I joined the group, but I

have just started reading the messages, cant figure out much. If

you, or anyone, could tell me something more about this, it wud be

helpfull. I will try to read some more abut it tomorrow morning.

Hi Roma,

I'm glad you found local organic unpasturized vinegar. That is what I

would choose over anything at the health food store.

You can find out much more on-line about Kombucha and Kefir than I

could tell you in a post. I'd hesitate to discuss it on the gallstone

list anyway, due to trying to keep on-topic. Of course, any healthful

protocol that helps the detox pathways would be somewhat on-topic up

to a point.

Please feel free to email me off-list if you have any specific

questions regarding Kombucha or Kefir after you've explored the

information on-line. I'll be glad to help any way I can.

Best Regards,

Vince
