New facet to my crazy GI issues...

I have a history of gluten intolerance and Cholestasis in

pregnancy. A few weeks ago I started to take a lipotropic complex

designed to get bile flowing and support the liver. I have been

having greenish stools (a sign that the bile is moving). But 2 days

ago, I started having gallbladder pressure and twinges... (I had a

gallbladder episode a year ago, and they said no stones, just

irritated, I should not eat much fat.)Maybe this time I got things

flowing, and now have sludge or stones I can't really get rid of? I

have an appt with a naturopath in several days to ask about my

options. She said to just quit taking the lipotropic complex and

eat only veggies for the rest of the week until I go see her.

But I am feeling progressively dizzier, with looser and looser

stools, while taking in tons of water and cooked veggies. It seems

that my body needs some sort of cleanse, and maybe waiting until

Friday to talk it over with someone is a long time to wait.

I haven't ever done a cleanse of any sort, though, so I am a little

anxious and uneasey about jumping in where I have little knowledge.

(I am a nurse, and they didn't teach about flushes in nursing

school! :o)

In the meantime, I am also taking in some apple cider vinegar twice

a day and apple cider throughout the day.

Any suggestions from anyone who has been-there-done-that?
