I recently got a juicer and I juice beets root leaves and all! Its

wonderful! There is a book called Juicing for Life which I hear is great! I

got the

Jack Lalanne Power Juicer and Have been juicing every day for 3 weeks now and

have never felt better!

Juicing is fine or any other way you like. Might want to leave of the greens

because of oxalic acid content, up to you. Think about steaming and then adding

gee, lemon juice and crushed coriander seed. For those who don't like beets,

welcome to a new world. Dulse is a type of seaweed. All the seaweeds contain

sodium alginate which binds to heavy metals for detox. -Dave
