Guest guest
It is true for me. As to whether it has been " scientifically proven " , I don't know. dan Monday, August 30, 2004, 9:14:49 PM, you wrote: d> Is that really true? Is that what causes cravings? It's very d> interesting. Guest guest
It works for me. I find that if I don't get my protein -- at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, it is much harder to resist the junk foods. I have gotten more consistent with my morning, and lunch protein, and have seen a difference. YMMV. Betty > Is that really true? Is that what causes cravings? It's very > interesting. Guest guest
Absolutely true for me! In the evenings, if I get a craving for junk, I can almost always look back at the day and see i didn't get enough protein for some meal. Lots of other people have reported similar stuff, so I do believe it.
