Guest guest Posted March 5, 2006 Report Share Posted March 5, 2006 I couldn't digest pasteurized milk in any form, I had no better luck with lactose free milk, but raw goat dairy has been amazing for me. The people I purchase it from are very careful and I enjoy the beneficial bacteria from making kefir. We had it that way for centuries, but things changed when we became industrialized. I don't drink much in the way of dairy, but I do enjoy it from time to time. By the way, this is the first March in decades that I have not been in the throes of a severe gallbladder attack.
