Typically people get Liver/BG issues secondary to eating the American

C.R.A.P Diet (Caffeine, Refined/Processed Foods, Alchohol/Aspartame,

Pasteurized Milk) and leading a life working more, moving less, sitting in

front of a computer all day, thinking pessimistically ,etc. These are all a

stress to the body, which our body is designed to hand. But over time if it

keeps getting bombarded, our detox system gets back up and we become toxic.

So it is not the liver that becomes inflamed on its own, etc. It typically

the kidney/bladder and lungs/large intestine that are the problems. The

liver/GB just shoes up as a symptom. Not saying that you should do a detox

cleanse, etc. But too many of my clients and America looks at these things

and supplements as a crutch or end all be all. In my opinion it is a " this

for that " approach when what one should be doing is cleaning up their

nutrition and lifestyle habits. So if you are cleansing with a toxic GI

track and dysfunctional kidney/bladder system, your inflamed liver will come

right back. As well, the cleanse might actually stress the liver out even

more. If you are getting stones, it is because of poor diet and stagnation

in the liver. This is indicative of an individual who eats a diet that is

deficient in good fats and a poor lifestyle. Fats require bile to be

released. If you are deficient in good fats, your bile will just stay at

home where it belongs, in the liver/GB. It will never be released and become

rock hard. As well, fats are a precursor to cholesterol production in the

body which is a precursor to bile!

My view has to do with not haveing dairy when you are sick and want

to heal from gallbladder and liver infection

I bet almost everyone who has liver and gallbladder problems can relate

to eating and drinking dairy products

that should tell you something
