Guest guest
I'm in the middle of another gallbladder attack. I still haven't managed to do a flush. My ME and lack of money mean I've been having trouble getting my head round PRECISELY what I should be doing and I can't afford some of the things some flushes suggest. I'd like to check if I can do the following flush without any addition supplements or cleanses: No fat in the food I eat before 2pm; no food after 2 pm; dose of Epsom Salts at 6 pm and 8 pm; flush of olive oil and grapefruit juice at 10 pm; another dose of Epsom Salts at 6 am(? - see, I'm already getting confused!). I can't afford colonics or any herbs or supplements. I do have a jar of cleansing herbs (senna leaf, fennel, buckthorn and psyllium) which I'll be using regularly before I do the flush. Will this suffice? Alison PS While in the middle of this current attack, I am so tempted to move onto doing a flush because I've taken the Epsom Salts anyway and nothing (pessary analgesic, antacid, paracetamol) seems to be easing the pain. Am I right that this would not be wise because the gallbladder (and probably the pancreas) are inflammed and it needs to be back to normal before you should do a flush?
