I think I've done the same thing myself although I may have left out more

fibrous parts of my diet unintentionally (one of those intuition things, I

guess). I read repeatedly that the beets seem to be important for the

gallbladder and also fats (I stick with healthy fats) to get the gallbladder to

do its job. Since I detest canned beets, I make sure my local Wild Oats has

their " Moroccan Beets " in their deli display. Those are yummy and worth the

trip if you've got a Wild Oats locally.
