Coke and Olive Oil??

I'm new to this group and already have a question! I had horrible

gallbladder attacks during the last trimester of my third pregnancy

last year. I finally gave in and went to the emergency room not

thinking they could do anything, but I was desparate. They said I

needed to have my gallbladder out after the baby was born. She turned

1 earlier this month and I still have my gallbladder. Haven't had an

attack since then. However, I want to get pregnant again in the

future and don't want to have more attacks if I can help it. So now

that the baby isn't nursing as often I feel like I can do a flush. I

was planning to do the olive oil and lemone juice (or grapefruit

juice) this weekend. However, I gag really easily and just the

thought of drinking this nauseates me. I tried it out of desperation

about 3 days before my baby was born and it just made me throw up. I

just read the recipe for the flush with olive oil and Coke. As much

as I hate Coke it seems like it would cover the olive oil better than

lemon or grapefruit juice. Would it be just as effective? ANyone

here every try it? ALso, how important are the epsom salts?

One more thing -- is it OK to do a juice fast before doing the flush

or should I eat no-fat foods? I am planning to do an organic apple

juice fast Friday and Saturday and then start the flush regime

Saturday evening after I get home from Mass (that way I don't have to

get up early Sunday morning for Mass).

Thanks!!!!!
