Once mod approves, there's photos of my stones.

I used Ortho-phos in juice for 3 days, so stones were soft, squished

easily, many so small they stuck in strainer.

My first flush was unsuccessful. This time I only ate melon, apple

and a few baby carrots the day of the flush. That night I drank

coke and oil in bed so as to lie down immediately. Stones came

painlessly 5-18 hours later.

I took oil and Coke (1 cup each UGH), juice of 1 small lemon and bit

of grapefruit only, and only 1 Tablespoon of epsom salts pm.

I do not believe stones were caused by the fruit or salts. The

amounts I took (small) compared to what I got out, and the color

differences just don't add up.

Since I had an ultrasound in January (I'm " packed " ), I hope to do

more flushes and another ultrasound in the future... NOT that

they'll write me up in medical journals (hahaha), but I'll feel

vindicated. ;-)
