Is liver lush painfull? How nauseous or ill you get?

I want to try flushing my liver for the first time, but I am very concerned that

passing stones might be very painfull. Also, as I understand, people get quite

sick after drinking the oil mixture. Does it come to vomiting, abdominal

cramps, other pains?

I am very afraid to try...
