I agree with Rogene 100%! Give it time. I am over 2 months after

explant and I am learning soooooooooo much about returning to good

health.

The good news is that you have gotten them out and you no longer

have the original antagonist in your body. If they weren't out, you

would be fighting an uphill, losing battle. It also sounds like

they are looking good. Four days after my explant I didn't think

mine looked good. That is great news!

I was so overwhelmed at what road to take after explant. How should

I detox? Which detox method? Diet?....etc. I waited about 3 weeks

before I started changing things. CHANGING YOUR DIETARY HABITS ARE

KEY TO YOUR RECOVERY!!!!!!!! Rogene and I have both read " The

Maker's Diet " by Jordan Rubin. I strongly recommend this book

because it makes sense and he sells supplements that may help some

of the conditions you have been diagnosed with.

Also, pray for God to restore your health. It is so hard to trust

him when we want to control everything! I've had to surrender to

His timing.

Lastly, listen to Rogene. She knows her stuff!!!! Before my

surgery she thought I had candida, and she was right! I'm taken the

Garden of Life Fungal Defense and then plan on going on to primal

defense. I am noticing a difference. The biggest thing I have

noticed is that if I eat a food that is a no-no (pizza, chips,

etc.), I begin aching like the flu about 15 to 20 minutes

afterwards.

I hope all this helps. Your right. Dr. Melmed does a good job of

taking them out and he does agree that they are making you sick.

Dr. Kolb has had the fight the battle herself, so her zeal to

finding answers to the sicknesses that come afterwards is different

than Dr. Melmed.

You will be in my prayers. Please don't hesitate to ask us

anything. We know that feelings after surgery!

Take care,

Ginger
