Since this was my first attack and I'm still learning, may I ask why you have done 9 flushes? I was hoping this first one would be my last one. How often do you do them? Guest guest
Hi Amber, I am sorry to say that most people need more than 1 liver flush. I flush quite regularly and have done many more than 9 to date. The last 8 or so with out a gallbladder. The liver will continue to make stones unless you change your diet to a healthy one that includes the good fats and restricts the S.A.D. diet. Usually one will not do the trick as there is usually more stones or sludge behind the ones that come out the first time. They just keep moving forward with each flush. I do 3-4 in series every two weeks, and then I wait for 4 or so months and then start all over again. While I was younger I had been very bad with the diet and am very depleted in nutrients so I build up sludge and stones much faster than the next person, I presume. I also have never had any pain during the cleanses either. Just make sure you take the magnesium sulfate. I feel that I have been eating a fairly good diet for some time (before my first gallbladder attack). I've now read that the Mediterranean diet is the best for gallbladder problems, i.e. , some whole grains, lots of vegetables and fruits, some yogurt and cheese, olive oil, and nuts, but minimal fish and very minimal red meat. Does this sound reasonable to you? Amber

Yes, I have seen them on a sonogram taken when I was in the hospital 2 weeks ago today. I saw my gallbladder for the first time and it had some stones that looked like they just coated the bottom of that organ. > One flush is > definitely not enough. You can't believe how many people just want me to have surgery and think I'm crazy for trying " natural " thing first, or maybe you can.
