Shefy,

Gas and mucus are a sign of cold slow, incomplete digestion. Consider

using warming digestives as well to the excellent things you are already doing.

Examples: Ginger, fennel, atractylodes, trikatu, etc. Make sure your digestive

enzymes contain proteases, lipases, and amylases, some " digestive enzymes are

either papaine, or bromaine only, which work only on proteins not fats and

carbos too. -Dave

I had my second colonic today and I was very dissapointed. I had tons

of gas come out and a lot of mucus. There was a lot of undigested

tomato and apple too.

I only had fresh squeezed juice this morning before the colonic, and a

banana. I always have a lot of gas no matter what I eat. Can anyone

relate? And I also saw a lot of mucus? Anyone relate?

I'm going to keep doing colonics as they make me feel so much better.

I also started taking digestive enzymes and acidophilus again.

Hi Shefy,

Hope you don't mind if I jump in here---getting the mucus out is just

as important too---along with any candida and parasites---sounds to me

that perhaps you may have intollerances to certain foods---do you

follow any particular diet? Have you tried eating according to your

constitutional bodytype?
