Barb, I'd love it if you would add your Lugol's Success Stories to the databases!

It is wonderful to hear what has happened for you with Lugol's. How long have you been taking it? How long did it take to notice the results? These are all very significant effects!

I do two drops of Lugol's every morning and it has had three very important health benefits for me: First, it normalized my thyroid levels to low normal. Had been high normal with medication. Secondly, my cholesterol dropped 26 pts; and third, it eliminated a case of chronic, and I do mean chronic, diarrhea...sorry for being so graphic. But I swear by the stuff.

Hi Zoe...I started taking it in the beginning of November. The improvements in my cholesterol and thyroid were noted when I had blood work was done about one month later. The effect on diarrhea was almost immediate.

I'll be happy to post this info...where do I go to do it?
